- Ready-to-Ship Pieces: In-stock designs require 2 to 3 business days for quality assurance, physical authentication, and presentation packaging prior to dispatch.
- Bespoke & Custom Creations: Made-to-order pieces or custom sizings require 7 to 14 business days for artisanal production prior to shipment.

Every order shipped by Gold Rose is fully insured against loss, theft, or physical damage during transit. Our custody and coverage remain active until the carrier records an authorized delivery and signature at your designated destination.
4. Mandatory Adult Signature
Due to the intrinsic value of 18k solid gold, all parcels require a direct physical signature from an adult (21 years of age or older) upon arrival. Couriers are strictly instructed not to leave parcels unattended at doors, porches, or communal areas. If an authorized recipient is unavailable, the courier will leave an access notice for redelivery or secure branch collection with government ID.
5. Restricted Addresses & Fraud Controls
To comply with commercial security requirements, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or automated parcel lockers. All delivery locations must correspond to a verified physical residential or commercial address.
6. Discreet Luxury Packaging
To preserve security in transit, our external shipping boxes are completely unbranded, unmarked, and neutral. The packaging gives no indication of fine jewelry or high value. Inside the parcel, your piece is presented in its protective signature jewelry box, accompanied by proof of purchase and authenticity documents.
